Terms and Conditions

Hunts are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will hold reservations for no more than 10 days without a deposit. The deposit is $250.00 per hunter. Except for Super-Exotics which requires Half down. We accept most major Credit Cards.

Trophy fees apply differently to certain species, depending on size and quantity of species available to harvest. Species with P.O.R. need special considerations, Size of harvestable trophy animals will only be taken, as well as half of the agreed amount of the trophy fee is needed 30 days prior to hunting date. This deposit is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION:
If your trip is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, your deposits are forfeited. If your cancellation is more that 30 days we will gladly reschedule your dates and transfer your non-refundable deposits for another booked date.

Ranch Fees:

Full Accommodations:

$250 per hunter per day- This includes; Guide, Meals, Drinks, Hunters Room, Animal Cooler and Guide.

$150 per non-hunter

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all super exotic hunts. Balance is due 30 days prior to the hunt on our Super Exotics. Balances must be paid with cash, cashiers check or travelers checks. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Deposits are non-refundable, unless Hunter can be replaced at full price. It is not our obligation to replace Hunter if cancellation occurs.

Upon receipt of deposit, we will send a receipt of deposit, confirmation letter and contract policy on all hunts.

All hunts are guided, with an 90% success rate.

Rental Fees:

Rifles - $50/day (ammunition included)

Shotguns - $30/day (ammunition sold by the box $30 per

Pistol- $50/day (ammunition included)

Capping and quartering are $50.00 and up depending on the animal.

We enforce a Wounded Animal Policy; if you draw blood, it's yours.

Drinking of alcoholic beverages is not allowed while hunting.

We reserve the right to stop any hunt during its duration if a Client(s) has/ have become uncouth or if a Client is deemed to be unsafe of mind or being causing or has produced an completely unsafe environment.

Exclusions : Alcoholic beverages, regular hunting equipment, guns, bows, personal effects.

Clients must pay for a valid Texas Hunting Licenses, Taxidermy Services, meals and meat processing of each harvest.

We can arrange for fire-arms and ammo with proper notice.

Taxidermy work is your responsibility, if you have a taxidermist of your own that will accompany you that is fine.

We are 1 1/2 hours from Laredo, Texas and 2 hours from San Antonio, Texas. If you wish to Fly to either Airport we can arrange pick up and delivery at a cost of $300.

We do register for several Scoring systems, which the hunter is responsible in filling.
